These terms govern your use of SymmetryVPN, operated by Symmetry Technology. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

SymmetryVPN provides a VPN tunnel accessible through our apps for macOS, iOS, Android, Windows, and Linux. Access is tied to an account identifier and an active subscription, one-time purchase, or free trial period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SymmetryVPN to:

• Violate any applicable law
• Send spam, distribute malware, or attack other systems
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure
• Resell or share your account with people outside your own use

We reserve the right to suspend accounts used in violation of these terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Monthly subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. See Support for cancellation and refund details.

Free trial

Where offered, the free trial provides temporary access without payment details. We may limit trial eligibility to one per person or device.

No warranty

SymmetryVPN is provided "as is." We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
